WHAT DO I NEED TO BUY?
You will need to purchase black boxing shorts, a gum shield, groin guard (compulsory for men) and boxing boots. We provide IWA Boxing vests and gloves for you to fight in. We recommend that you bring your own gloves to training for health and safely reasons.

WHAT DAYS AND TIMES WILL TRAINING TAKE PLACE?
Depending on your location, training will usually be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. An IWA Boxing rep will inform you of specific days and times when they contact you.

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR HELP OR ADVICE?
You can contact your area representative OR iwahq@outlook.com OR message us on our Facebook page.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I'VE SIGNED UP?
Once you have signed up your area rep will be in touch with you within 2 working days. They will give you all the required information you will need about your training and will then email you over an induction pack. From then, you must attend your first training session where you will be given more information about the course such as event date, how to set up your Just Giving page and given your tickets and posters.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE?
You must be aged 18 or over to participate in the training. Our fight night is for aged 18+ as it is a smart dressed event in a city center nightclub.

WILL I BE MATCHED FAIRLY?
Yes. You will be matched with someone who you have been training with for the past 6 weeks. This match will be made upon weight and ability level - ensuring a fair and even match.

WILL I BE ABLE TO GET EXTRA TRAINING?
Yes! Our gyms provide 1-2-1 training at a time that is convenient to you. Prices vary depending on your location so please ask your trainer at the gym.
